Athan is a life saver! He did me a huge solid today and made sure I wasn’t left stranded here. I needed a new alternator and he got me a quote, gave me a repair shop recommendation and went above and beyond after that. He was very kind and knew his stuff. He tested my alternator and explained the risks of driving on a bad one. Again, Athan was beyond helpful and took great care of me.

I was in the middle of a wild goose chase that Auto Zone sent me on (going from store to store for an item they “had in stock”) when I passed this O’Reilly. I decided to give them a shot and they had exactly what I needed. Chris was so helpful and even installed the part for me right there in the parking lot. I’m so grateful there are still places with great customer service!
