Outside of a few Oder errors, the food at this location is usually pretty good. But as soon as they eliminated the ability to place online orders I stopped ordering here. Price doesn’t drive loyalty nearly as much as convenience. If it’s hard to do business with you, loyalty is the cost.

I used to use the Kaysville dominoes when they were in the old gas station. Now it's just a joke. You can wait for 20 minutes to get through on the phone (if you can). You can't do online orders through them. Save your time and money and order dominoes through another location. Headquarters doesn't even care that this dominoes is so bad.

Completely understaffed the past 2 times that I have tried to order. The online estimate was about 45 minutes. After 1 hour, the online tracker showed that it still hadn't gone in the oven. I tried to call with no success, so after a short drive, I was told at the store 20 minutes, then after 20 minutes, I was told ANOTHER 20 min. I'm glad Pizza Hut is down the street and also has an app. **update** I wanted to give them another shot at their new location. I didn't know it could get worse. I have no idea how a corporation allows a franchise to operate this poorly.

Pizza was not only burnt but tasted and looked like it was a day old too. Kids were starving so cut all the burnt parts off so they could eat. They would only replace pizza if we drove back with old burnt pizza. Customer Service is as bad as the food. Filed complaint online with Dominos a month ago and have heard nothing! Makes Little Caesars look and taste amazing. Will never order here again!
