The only saving grace for this one is the fries…salted extra and usually hot. But for those who only go through the drive through let me enlighten you to what’s happening inside: The employees let their friends behind the counter, into the food prep area. They swear at each other and constantly complain about working. Tonight, they forgot to put the nuggets in the bag and they didn’t apologize just yelled at each other and shoved the nuggets at me. I know this one has been going down hill for a while, but they are seriously close to hitting rock bottom.

I ordered double quarter pounder with cheese just like on the order board and fries. When I got the order they had left off the onions. Also the sack contained a plain cheeseburger I had not ordered and my large diet Dr Pepper with light ice was represented by a medium glass of ice water. They corrected the order. I think an adjustment on the price was due but I did not have time to fool with it. Remove one star leaving 2.

This McDonald’s ignores their mobile orders completely. I waited 20 minutes only to come in and see my meal sitting there cold. When I got it they forgot the milks for their happy meals. I go to McDonald’s plenty and this is the only location I’ve seen ignore their mobile orders in the pickup slots.

I ordered a 15$ deal. My Big Macs were only lettuce, no cheese. They gave me the wrong burger for one of them, they messed up the second burger they gave to me afterwards. They didn’t even put anything between the top two buns. The laziness in this restaurant was unmatched. Management needs a full overhaul. They can’t even put Big Macs together right smh.
