I just drove from Munday Texas to buy a sthil chainsaw and was told no by a very rude manager by the name of Paula .
That was after another employee told me I can buy one without a warranty.
I explained to the rude manager that I drove all this way and need a saw to finish a carving , then all of a sudden the employee that told me she can sell me a saw said " we don't have a key" so now employee tactics are at work against me buying a saw in a work emergency.
I'll have you pay my gas and provide my saw.
