I'm sorry to say I will no longer be using your services until the issue with the packaging is resolved. Far too many products are improperly sealed resulting in freezer burn and contamination when thawed.

They should redesign the order forms because they are so confusing. The burgers we got are just smashed and not a uniform shape and a lot of the packs aren't sealed correctly!

Meat products are great just please check into better vacuum packaging, a couple of our packages lost vacuum.

Head and cape was not refrigerated and taxidermist could not use the cape as the hair was falling off. Also had some meat packs not properly vacuum sealed.
