There are pathways throughout but it may be difficult to get close to some of the buildings. The buildings have been preserved from early 1900's so there was no wheelchair access. The phone museum maybe a little tight but can be done.

You could get around with assistance, but there will be areas that will be in accessible to wheel chairs.

well there's a walkway around and depending on the type of chair it could possibly be wheelchair compatible but have to be a power chair the best advice is to actually call and ask

Absolutely not. Very rugged terrain and not recommended for wheelchairs
