Parking is $5 per car ..otherwise the museum and park are free. Very beautiful park and interesting museum. Kids can climb on many of the tanks on display. Many pathways through the grounds and currently large whimsical art animals can be found throughout the grounds. The McCormick house is currently closed and under renovation. It would be nice to have more benches around to just sit and enjoy.

No. Cantigny is closed in January. It usually opens February 1st.
I saw service animals, however did not see pets.
I would think so, but you need to call the museum acquisition person. Can't let such things go by the wayside.
A new extention was already built. You need to have your Father visit the Museum. To see if he really wants to send anything to that Museum.

It is free but there is a parking fee that changes with the seasons usually $5 TO $10 per car.
