The law for. Public parks is; first come first serve. No Reservation Required. The Busiest Day is Easter Sunday, standing room only. Any day besides Easter, there are plenty of open picnic tables and shaded areas. Get there early use yellow caution tape to rope off your area/picnic tables, put up some balloons and everyone knows its for a Birthday Party As the Law of Encanto is that the Park is for Kids!! Especially Birthday Parties. Happy Easter
Cost is free. Just show up and pick a spot. Unless you plan to have bounce houses and the like. Otherwise you can just set up shop. Easter is definitely a busy day.
