Are there any other forms I should bring when I come in for the first time, other than my PA driver's license and MMJ ID card? My doctor didn't give me an actual prescription for medical marijuana, this is all so new to me. Thank you!

So I would bring the list of medications. When you go there will be a medical professional there to go over your medical stuff. It is not mandatory. But I would recommend it the first time.
