This place is unrecognizable from it's heyday. The difiencies are too numerous to list. Suffice it to say that I went it, looked around, spoke to the cashier (the only visible or audible sign of life in this place), and left without even the thought of buying anything here! I've tried to give boston market on york road a few different chances and everytime there is a problem. Either they are closed due to not enough staff or never have more than literally 5 things or less at the store to eat. I went there to try the new chicken bites and they didn't have any. So I tried ordering other stuff on menu and they didn't have it. Thinking it was a huge inconvenience since I only have a 1 hour lunch they still charged me full price and the food was cold and looked few days old. Very rude staff even though there was only 3 people working. One employee just stood there doing nothing. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Sorry for a bad review knowing that people are out sick due to covid but come on let's try little harder to make customers happy at least. By the way I just stood there at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone tried to help me place my order

Poor customer service and logisitics. I ordered online 20 min. before I arrived. I got there and there were no customers in the store and there was one other online order on the screen which I was in front of. They did not even start my order and then told me they did not have 2 of my 3 meals I ordered. They were all over the place and could find sauces, salad, or the rightSome people came in behind me and instead getting all of my order together they help someone who came in behind me with a regular walking. THE POINT of online is so it will be ready or almost ready by the time you get there!! Why wait til get there to start an order I already paid for- I could have just walked in and ordered.

At this Boston Market location in Abington, PA there's No drive-thru window so you have to go inside to order and pay for food. The Staff are very Friendly and helpful. You Must wear a Mask or Face Covering and keep 6 feet apart if not from same household. You Are Allowed to Dine-in, there's ONLY a few Tables available to do so because of social distancing. The only down fall at this Location is that they must be short- Staffed because they don't Clean the Used Tables after each Use and the Trash cans were overflowing with garbage when I was there. It's my understanding that All frequently touched surfaces like tables & counters are to be cleaned every 30 minutes and tables after each use. But when I was last there about 5 days ago this was NOT done. So I plan on going back BUT I won't Dine-in again, I will just do Take-out because the food is still good.

Not sure. I've never paid with a gift card there only in person. I would suggest calling in and when ordering inform them you have a gift card. They should let you know if you can order that way. Hope this helps. 😊
Most Supermarkets have good ribs check them out.
