My entire family is buried in this cemetery. I recently buried my uncle along with my grandparents. Jahn Feliciano took care of all of our needs and made the process as smooth as possible. Not only was he attentive, he actually cared. He went above and beyond for myself and my family. It was 100 degrees the day of the funeral and he graciously directed us to the grave so we would not get lost. It is a beautiful cemetery, but quite big. He showed nothing but kindness to everyone who attended. While there, I asked if he could have the stone cleaned and engraved for us. Needless to say, he did within about a week and it was professional and turned out beautifully. I cannot recommend Jahn enough. He is professional, respectful and has a heart of gold. Thank you Jahn and Hillside cemetery for always taking care of us.

Received a letter addressed to my mother saying they've been trying to contact her because other arrangements are needed to complete her cemetery arrangements -offering a special 20% discount on advanced planning. Well, considering she's been buried in their cemetery for 4 years, what other arrangements need to be made??? Even before this, I wouldn't recommend them. Half of the roads are filled with potholes, markers are sinking and no signage on how to get to the various sections. Most of my family is buried here, but sadly, I will not be joining them.

The absolute worst customer service I have worked with. Constant miscommunication regarding a memorial stone. 1 year and a month after burial, stil no marker. The unreliability of the staff is just ridiculous. Take money from you and no quality service in return. Thouroughly disgusted with how I have been taken advantage of.
