The blinds look great! However it wasn’t cleaned up with rubber bands, plastic and plastic bags which contained the hardware. Still cleaning up

Our salesman, Sean, was wonderful. The installer came early on the scheduled day, which was great.. but he had the wrong blind so he could only hang one. Our other blind was installed in someone else’s house. Now we have to wait a week to get the correct blind installed after waiting 6 weeks for the blinds to be made. We are not very happy about this😡

The installation of all my blinds was great! The installer was friendly and knowledgeable about how to install all of the blinds I ordered. The installation process was quick and efficient too. My only complaint was that I wish the installer could take the empty boxes with him when he was done.

We can replace the cords if the blinds/shades were made by us. We custom make our own blinds and shades so we only have the means to repair our own products.
We require both customers and employees to wear masks as well as maintain proper social distancing; we also have hand sanitizer throughout the showroom and wipe down all heavy traffic areas often (i.e, computers, samples books, counters, knobs, etc)
