You do not need appointment, but if you do not have one bad they have lots of schedule appointment it may take a bit longer that usual. I never ask for an appointment they always take my car.
Probably not! Pretty sure you don't need an appointment since I've done that - but depending on the line at service it can take a while. Your best bet is to call ahead.
