Awful service. Do not recommend this place for any service at all. Will be changing where I take my car. Parts here are extremely expensive the assistant manager of the service department will not return my calls no matter how many times she insists she will call me. Horrible horrible place!! Be warned. Also will never buy Toyota again after all the issues I am having.

I had 9am service appointment which is advertised as 1 hour service. I'm going on 4 hours and 30 minutes and counting. In all fairness I did request new tires. So plan your time as at least 1 hour per tire.

I came on Saturday with my family to look at a car that I really want to buy but the customer service was horrible!!! That person wasn’t even interested in at all! she didn’t let us see inside the car or test drive!! Never going to shop at Toyota dealership!!! Horrible Experience!!

The problem is "bought as is"...that already raises a red flag. When that is in writing, and the individual accepts it "as is", its pretty much over.
If it has a SD card, they'll take the card and do the download out otherwise they'll update the software for you using the USB cable
You do not need appointment, but if you do not have one bad they have lots of schedule appointment it may take a bit longer that usual. I never ask for an appointment they always take my car.
