Usually the pharmacy gives you a 5 day script to hold you over too...
Depending on what paperwork your doctor needs from you, if any, they will need that before they send a pre-authorization to your insurance company. When your insurance recieves that, it takes up to 48hrs. Mine went through the same day and I picked up my subs same night
