This facility has by far the worse customer service and very incompetent staff ever. The care at this facility is very very poor. I would never refer anyone to this facility ever. I've experienced holding my own specimen in my hand for a total of 43 minutes. I had to go to the front desk with my specimen in my hand and ask for the office manager to address my concerns. I then handed my specimen to hand the office manager so she could have her staff process my specimen properly. I plan on calling OSHA to have them investigate the entire clinic. Please do not patronize this facility because you will very unhappy with service as well as staff.

They take walk ins but not sure for the TB. I would call ahead to make sure. Also make sure you have your ID and insurance card. They are very professional and wait time isn't long.
. I love it they have me very much and they keep on time with the appointments if your insurance qualify they will pick you up and bring you back home I love it they have done for me so much and I am very pleased and happy with that City Light I will recommend it to anybody
We offer self pay and are contracted with any of the Medicaid plans. If not you may seek services from the city health department

Yes, we do accept AmeriHealth Caritas and Keystone 1st. Unfortunately Phyllis is right, we don’t accept Independence Blue Cross.
