Staff very rude , service overall is poor

No lines or long wait but the receptionist is very unprofessional. I witnessed her get nasty with another patient and in my opinion was totally uncalled for. She didn't give me the same energy but I felt really bad for the other person. I would strrictly recommend ONLY going here to be quickly in and out (physical)

Made an appointment for 1:20pm and it’s 2:07pm and I’m still waiting to be seen, the front desk girl marked my appointment as completed to take me off the board, when I looked and asked why she said “Oh it’s just to take you off but it’s okay you’ll still be seen” I work in a geriatrics clinic and that’s not how it work but anywho, also when u first come in they ask you to grab a mask because your expected to wear one which is perfectly fine, but how is it that all the staff have there masks on improperly and the front desk girl not having one on at all, that’s beyond me, I been here for almost an hour “with an appointment and I’m still here” I wouldn’t recommend this city life at all. Also when I left out of my visit and I was guided to give a specimen the doctor screamed out loudly what it was for , I signed a hippa form so I definitely will be asking a lawyer about this matter .
