I come here all the time and to my surprise today the manager was quite rude because he needed to put a piece of tape on a package for me to ship back to Amazon? This is the first time I've every heard of the packages going back to Amazon needing to be taped. I'm really disappointed at the poor customer service and attitude of a person in a leadership position. The franchise owner definitely needs to implement some coaching.
