Went there with intentions of purchasing used vehicle, had fully explained my credit position to sales associates prior to being assured that something could be done. Spent couple hours there waiting for credit to be run and was told that I had been approved but there was nothing in the price range available to keep payment where I needed it to be. Was assured I would be contacted when something arrive, never heard from them again, until I started receiving the denial letters from lenders stating I was never approved to begin with. But they're not the only ones utilizing these tactics to what seems like a quota system.

$765 monthly payments for 72 months even being an option should just tell you they don’t care about you, they want your money. Oh and if you think you’re driving away with 500 down you’re out of your mind, even though that’s all they ever spout in there commercials, they told us $500 would “hold the car, until more payments are made” lol such a old scam used car place trick. Oh and as soon as they find out you won’t be giving them your money, the Gag is over instantly started treating me worse, and talked down to me.

I purchased a $2000 warranty with my car and not even 2 months later my airbag light comes on and when I called the service department at academy car I was told my air bags/air bag light would be covered under my warranty, so I was told to make a appointment at the Volkswagen dealership and after getting told to call 3 different numbers, they did not honor their warranty, would not recommend this dealership to anyone after this experience.

I just went to the dealership and looked around. I picked up a 2016 Kia Sedona for 19000 which is a pretty good price. I haven't had any problems out of my car
The reason thy don't list prices, cause they go by your credit score. Low scores charge more. Higher scores then the same vehicle is cheaper
Chrysler in 2014 had a 5 year, 100k driveline warranty, so could be under factory warranty, or do you have an extended warranty thru asci, from us...In checking our DMS system, I do not show a Brad Williams as a customer in the last 5 years, how was the vehicle registered? Was looking for extended warranty...You can google the VIN and look at the new vehicle registration, to see if it is within the 5 year new car warranty time period..

He fires everyone. They recently sold my Daughter-in-Law a piece of junk Nissan Altima. I try to call Lonnie, a man I have known for about 20 years, and get the run around because I told them it was personal. Never did get to talk to him. A guy I thought was a friend. I guess I am all done there.
