So I purchased a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from academy 2 years ago. The vehicle now has 75,000 miles and the transmission is shot. Is there anything that Academy will do to make this right. Transmission should not be having issues already.

Chrysler in 2014 had a 5 year, 100k driveline warranty, so could be under factory warranty, or do you have an extended warranty thru asci, from us...In checking our DMS system, I do not show a Brad Williams as a customer in the last 5 years, how was the vehicle registered? Was looking for extended warranty...You can google the VIN and look at the new vehicle registration, to see if it is within the 5 year new car warranty time period..

Talk to them. They have an extended warranty program that you may have paid for.
