I LOVE MARKS SO MUCH!! I have used them for a variety of jewelry items, but most recently I used them for everything for my wedding. My husband originally gave me his grandmother's ring as an engagement ring, but one of the diamonds was fractured so we knew we needed to get that part replaced. Marks helped me design a ring that kept the basic structure and timelessness of the original ring, but replaced the fractured portion and even helped me create a pendant with a piece of the original ring to give to my mother-in-law. They also helped me find a perfect wedding band as well as a nice Jayhawks watch that was my wedding gift to my husband. We also used them for tons of jewelry cleaning which is always super effective and makes everything SHINE beautifully. They are just so professional and timely and capable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend for any jewelry needs!

I love Marks Jewelers. Their customer service is top notch in that, instead of getting a pitch, they listen to your wants and help you narrow down your choices. I found them to be very accommodating. Friendly. Patient to the max. Professional in every way!

I went in just for a ring size and fix on two rings I was told it’s very expensive, which wasn’t a problem for me so I continued to ask how much and she just continued to say it’s expensive. Sad to say they could of had a sell and I was wanting to not just get my rings fixed but I wanted to purchase other items that I seen while inside, but since I was rushed and was not told a price on anything I took my business else where. Typical reason why u shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover (in this case me). Yes I feel it was a bit prejudice only because she was making side remarks about my ring and my appearance. All thumbs down to this place!

Supposed to have a ring ordered and in store for pickup Tuesday. Come in and they still haven’t received the ring 5 days later. They try to tell me they can make the exact same in 15 minutes. I said no I want the ring I ordered and he became offensive and very rude. Poor communication and customer service highly recommend not buying from here
