Everytime I go into express, I’m always satisfied with the clothing & appreciate the employees that acknowledge me when I enter & if I needed any size changes. But this particular day made me very upset. I went into the store with an objective of what I was looking for & luckily I got what I needed, but as I was being rang up a young woman she looked very annoyed & looked like she hated her job. Customers can tell when an employee is either annoyed or doesn’t want to be there based off body language. She applied the coupons I had & ordered a dress they did not have in store, which I gave my ID for address verification. I come to find out per email, she didn’t put my address in right & never asked me to verify my address on the pin pad (which to me is a no no). I tried canceling my order through customer service & they didn’t allow it. I have to wait to see if my item will even arrive to my house & if not, I have to make a claim. All because someone didn’t put my address in right when she had my ID in front of her. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with an ordering mishap through express & I will be speaking to a manager about this. OTHERS BEWARE
