Book an appointment for 8:00 not knowing it was when they open so there was a little wait for them to settle and was then told that they have no doctor. So I’m the end I wasted my time.

i went there at 11am , and was told to return back at 1pm. i left home and came back at 1:15, signed in, and was in the waiting room for 2-3 hours. finally at 3:30 i told the receptionist i’ve been here for hours and no one else is here why am i not being called up, and that’s when they finally called me in the room. extremely poor customer treatment . they don’t respect their patients.

This place is a joke, it refers people on Keystone 1st to use the Nurse Practitioners I repeat Nurse Practitioners not Doctors, they are always on lunch or they refer you to the ER "because they are not equipped" unless you are getting a COVID test STAY Away is waist of time and tax payers dollars

Smells like weed as soon as you open the office door to enter. Waited an hour and a half to be seen. There literally was nobody there when I walked in. Nobody ever came out while I was waiting and 5 people were denied service as they came in to be seen. Not sure what illness they accept besides the ear issue I had. Student checked me out and referred me to an ENT. Choose an emergency room. Wait will be longer but you'll actually be helped. Nothing was different besides me getting a piece of paper lol and they charge $185 for that visit 🤦🏻‍♀️
