It depends on your disability. There is no wheeled vehicles allowed on the very steep pathway to the caves. So, no wheelchairs or strollers. I hiked using forearm crutches, so the caves were accessible in this manner. But i have to admit it was a tough go. If in a similar situation, make sure you ask for added bonus time for walking. I missed my scheduled departure time, but because i was solo, the kind guide in the next group allowed me access on her tour. Service dogs (only) are allowed if that is necessary for your disability. BTW, I didn't have to crawl through any of the tour. The greatest impact on my regular tour, being physically disabled, was the intense hike to the start of the cave tour.

I agree it would be difficult. A's it is very steep all the way. And difficult coming back down.

The trail up is all paved, but the cave itself is not accessible as far as I know.
