This location is an absolute disaster. It has had big issues since before COVID, so it seems more likely a management issue. Other Target stores in the area don’t have near this degree of missing stock and disarray. The biggest issue is the disorganization of the clothing. There are piles of shoes and clothes everywhere, and at least a dozen overflowing shopping carts of clothing sitting out at any time. Even if the website says something is in stock, you might not actually find it. The wait for a dressing room is very long because only one section is open, perhaps due to not having enough staff to watch other areas. Because the clothing is always such a mess I’ll often just order curbside pickup. You probably won’t actually get half of the stuff you buy because they can’t find it either, but at least you get free shipping on the missing items. Other items are often out of stock, but that may be supply chain related. As for the grocery items- in November 2019 I came to buy these specific crackers, but they were all dated “best before” February or March 2019. Yuck! I told a worker and they said they would take care of it. It’s now December 12 and they are still on the shelves, ten months past the best before date. Update: returned on Dec 18, 2019 hoping the crackers would be restocked. They were- but they’re expired in February 2019. Gave them to a manager who was very apologetic and said she would make sure they got defected.

This Target is absolutely disgusting. I have been here three times because it is the closest to my house and I would rather go elsewhere. Looking for clothes? Well your going to have to step over the teenager mess of a pile of clothes in every section to get to anything. Looking for a toy? Welcome to the toddlers room. I have never experienced a retail store so messy in my life.

This is my home base target. I have always loved it and loved the changes they made on store layout. HOWEVER, I have notice in the past couple months there is a drastic change in store look. I don’t know if there is new or lacking management but the store always looks like it was just ransacked on Black Friday. Especially the women's/junior section. Just today I went to look at headbands and summer shirts roughly an hour after opening. I could barely walk around the area due to the sheer amount of clothes just laying on the ground and under every rack and display. The racks were full, but it looked like a depressed teenagers bedroom floor. Everywhere. The headband and hair piece table was a wreck. I couldn’t even look through to choose one because it was so overwhelming trashed. Another woman said to me in passing “can you believe how messy this store is?” I’ve worked retail, I understand how hard it is to keep a large store clean. But the main front section of your store looking like garbage? Especially an hour after opening on a school day? Not okay. Instantly turned me off to any shopping I was planning to do.

So... I ventured to Target, to try out the new Coca-Cola; on the app, it said it was available at this location. Upon showing up, and walking the location it was supposed to be at, I could not find anything... An employee was nearby, and they helped me try to find it, but they also said they had not seen it for a little while and apologize that I made my trip for nothing. The place was pretty clean though, and I appreciate that.
