I have filed a Small Claims Complaint against my former landlord but haven't received a court date yet. I am moving out of state so when I do receive the court date how do I serve the defendant from 2300 miles away?

It took about 48 hours to get the email with the info. You can look on the website . They post it for you to find. Not a landlord tenant case. But good luck with the whole system. Not a good time to be a tenet or landlord.

Well you have to go to the court and give them your four new address first of all if you filed a complaint like you said you want to do against the landlord. That's how you get contacted from the defended in 2300 miles.
