Best thing to do is have the place tested as well as yourself ,, once it comes back positive, got file for code enforcement and send your landlord or person a notice saying just what you said be sure to add the words NOTICE ,, mold of any kind isn't safe and sound be dealt with professional, not just clean with bleach and New paint...
