yes they do it all depends on the condition and temperament of the animal the age and what the request is of the person bringing them in at times there is a fee so if it's your animal you may want to call they do not do it 24 hours a day so my suggestion would be his to call find out what their hours are and do they have a vet tech mission on staff for the veterinarian and what is the cost hope this helps
no they don't anymore this specific facility moves them to another facility so that way they can get a doctor especially if they're in their younger dog years if the animal is a threat to the public then ASPCA takes over from there but they don't euthanize anymore. Send them over to another department to be evaluated
