They are actually part of a vet hospital. You get your dog there and they already know your dog. The rescue dogs from kill shelters. Even care for the animals is cheap and the animals are already chipped.

Yes Tri County in hughesville is the best place to go. It's cheaper than a rescue and you will be saving a life. Rescues are usually no kill.
