You need to visit them and fill out an application. They are not run by HUD...but they may follow HUD guidelines. Therefore it is important to visit them and let them see what you need.
A case manager first off from like GCB or Central Clinic, a police report, TB test and a homeless voucher. It's ran by HUD now so maybe a little different, but a case manager will help you.
