I don't know this for a fact, but I suspect the board of directors or whatever is a conglomeration of 𝑠𝑎𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑠!

Stop in at one of Tender Mercies buildings on 12th street they can surely help you with that information, there located between race and vine street 8 to 5 is the best time as staff at front desk
When I was getting in here, they told me the qualifications were that i had to have been homeless for two full years and also have some mental illness which requires case management and a doctor snd meds. Those were the two criteria and that was two years ago. I dont know if it has chsnged or not. The person you need to call is Stacy Witherspoon
Its based on your income... They usually take 30% of income. Of course if youre like me with 0$ income, rent is covered. And utilities. Its a small efficiency. But i love it.
Just apply
Yes they can. They known what to do. You must go through Coordinated entry
We volunteer as a group from our church. You might want to call and see what the restrictions are right now with Covid.
My son is homeless and need shelter he's 23yrs old and has mental illness do you have any beds and do you help people with mental illness
Can't have room together. Each person has separate room. But tender mercies is coed. And may be able to request being in same building with your mate. Come on down and put in application. It can't hurt to see. Really easy to get in here. I've been here two years. Love it! Staff is great, treat us with dignity and respect.
I do not think so
You need to visit them and fill out an application. They are not run by HUD...but they may follow HUD guidelines. Therefore it is important to visit them and let them see what you need.
