Had donation all set up with a pickup date. Then out of the blue received an email saying if I wanted to pay for pick up they would do it; otherwise no pickup. I'm done with HFH.

Made our last attempt to donate here. They are way to picky. Have to have three boxes of tile. They won’t take two kitchen chairs it has to be four. St Vincent dePaul and Vietnam Veterans of America will gladly take your donations.

Will habitat for Humanity help fix a home? My mom is giving me a home for me and my 3 kids. It needs lots of work cause its sat empty for 13 years. Can you help?
Go to habitatcincinnati.org then click apply. On that page it will tell you three criterias for qualifying which are the need for adequate housing, the ability to pay estimated monthly mortgage and the willingness to partner. After you read all that next is to confirm your household meet the income requirements which they will show you a list of. After reading that the next section will asked you more information like your debt to income. After that they will show you a list of properties that's available right now and even though you might not see a property that you want you still should apply to start the process. There will be two links on there also for you to either print the application or for you to request an application be sent to you. Even if you feel like you might not meet the qualifications you still should apply and let them tell you if you do or don't because you might be surprised. You have to turn it all documentation plus application to see if you're eligible.
