I loved this Hall up until my families recent experience, we've rented quite a few times from West College Hill Community. I went in the week of July 25th to rent for an 80th birthday Bash for December 10th. I paid in full because we thought everything was set, unfortunately family things came up and we can't have the party. The following week, August 1st I call and let them know we have to cancel I was told I'll get hall rental amount but lose $100 deposit due to canceling. I asked clarification because the event is so far out and Robin confirmed that even if they rebook the venue for that date, we still lose our deposit. Our family issues is for our senior mother, the party was for our senior mother and for this to be a senior center, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. We won't dare book here again, and I'll make sure that business owners, event host and the community, I work with are well aware of what they're doing. We support our communities for even the centers to take advantage of people!

West College Hill Neighborhood Services Center has for many years been a strong hold in the College Hill and other communities in Cincinnati. The Civic Association strives to set goals and encourage neighborly activities for Seniors and Hamilton County residence alike. Great efforts of people like Mark Walpole and the staff at WCHNS center contributes to the stability and legacy of this community service. Thank you WCHNS 😊
