No. You must be a Ohio resident, have one of the qualifying conditions, and pay the fees applicable to have obtained an Ohio medical marijuana card.
I live in Indiana and am interested in 3 carts for personal use I am so close to Ohio I can throw a rock from my front porch to the river is there anyway I can get carts without driving 5 hours
