Your WIC card cannot be used at farmers markets, but if you have Ohio WIC farmers market coupons that you picked up this year, they can be redeemed at a number of different farmers markets around the state. So, those coupons could be used at a Butler County farmers market if there are are WIC farmers there that accept them.
The kiosk is still here, but someone from Vital Records is only here 3 days a week to print birth certificates. If you come on a day they are not here, your birth certificate will be mailed to you. A Vital Records staff person is typically here Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00am - 3:45pm (with lunch from 12:00-12:30pm), but it is best to call to make sure of their schedule on the day you plan to come.
