How do I cash in my reward points

Just go in, pick out what you want and tell them you want to use your reward points. They'll ask your name (you should be in their system) and they'll print out a certificate that you'll have to sign. Note: if you have $35 in rewards and purchase something for $30, you'll lose that remaining $5. It doesn't "roll over." Always get something that costs more than the rewards you have to make the most of them.
