I have several items, Gloria Vanderbilt jeans, nice tops...I was told about your shop a week ago and thought maybe you would be interested in taking a look. I fear the tops may have some wrinkles. Should items be pressed before you take a look?

I wouldn't worry too much about how the clothes look, as long as they are clean, don't smell at all or have any pet hair or anything like that. I have purchased many things from here and at times some items have been wrinkled, but always free of stains, smells, hair, rips, tears (or any damage) etc. Also, if you opt for store credit instead of cash, you get more of a credit!! This is the best Clothes Mentor location in Cincinnati, by far!!! Good luck!!!

Hi Patricia! Thank you for thinking of us! No need to iron clothes before bringing them in, but we do ask they be freshly laundered. You can bring them in at your convenience, no appointment is needed, and one of our certified buyers will make you an offer for the items we can accept. We buy based on style, brand and condition.
