Nice selection of nice clothing, but sold 2 coach purses like new and they only paid me 42.00 for the both of them. Disappointed on amount paid. But oh well. I will sell on posh next time. Im gonna go back in and see the price they are asking for them now.

Shopped here yesterday and found a full wardrobe of higher-end brands in great condition at a fraction of the cost. Excellent experience. Tidy, organized, good quality clothes.

Not sure how the “ stylist “ pick and choose the clothes they take, but with this store being a store for the “ mature “ person I wouldn’t wear 1/2 the things they sale. Also, shouldn’t a “ stylist “ have style ? If they pick their clothes based on what the girls wear behind the counter then it’s neither stylish or mature.

It’s been getting worse and worse every time I go in. The stuff available is often tattered, has holes or stains and/ or is ridiculously over priced. The last several times I’ve gone in to sell they’ve taken less and less. This time they took nothing even tho I had numerous unused or unworn new items of name brands. I was suspicious this time and watched them look at my stuff. They didn’t even empty out my basket to look at everything. They moved around the top few shirts and shoes and then immediately gave me a text letting me know nothing was sellable. I’m sorry how could you possibly know that nothing was sellable when you only looked at two or three items in the whole basket? I’ve seen many reviews and responses from the managers about how they can only take a few items, I get that it’s hard to sell somethings. But don’t lie to your customers saying that you carefully consider what you buy when you’re really just lazy. I’m honestly getting sick of this whole chain of stores as of late.

Hello, thanks for asking! Masks are required for all customers and employees, and we have reduced store capacity to allow for social distance. We also have social distance markers throughout the store. We perform wellness checks at the beginning of each shift, and have increased cleaning checklists. We also offer curbside services.
I wouldn't worry too much about how the clothes look, as long as they are clean, don't smell at all or have any pet hair or anything like that. I have purchased many things from here and at times some items have been wrinkled, but always free of stains, smells, hair, rips, tears (or any damage) etc. Also, if you opt for store credit instead of cash, you get more of a credit!! This is the best Clothes Mentor location in Cincinnati, by far!!! Good luck!!!
We usually have shorter wait times during the week days, weekends are usually busier for us. You are also welcome to drop them off and come back later in the day to pick up 😊
