Ah just edited my original post Bc I flipped through other reviews and saw how a rep responded on one apologizing for experience and saying they typically offer sellers about 1/3 what they’ll put on floor for. Not true - like ever. The associate tonight was proud to tell me one of my almost new athletas or spanx leggings would be put out for $39.99, and they were going to give me a whole $5! That’s .. not a third a third would be about $13. It’s an eighth. This is consistent with 10 years of selling to this place. I sell to declutter to upgrade or to pay bills if I am lighter on $$. Ugh! Don’t lie clothes mentor ! I’ve never seen a THIRD! Rather buy here than sell! Have found great items again and again. The buying experience kind of sucks “$1.90 to $4” per item .” Not really worth it. I had lulus , champion , adidas, free people, athleta, altared state, Nordstrom brands and etc in my items. Some I just bought from them 2 weeks ago. Depends very much on who your buyer is. And “seasonal” or not but personally I’ve brought the exact same stuff back two days later and had it all bought! Weird. Worth checking out for finding a few items at an affordable price if you’re on the shopping side . If you aren’t already familiar with how they work and are selling for a 1st or 2nd time you will be really disappointed. 3/5

They have a good selection of clothes, shoes and accessories. There is something for everybody. They carry large sizes. Sign up for emails to be notified about upcoming promotions

They lack sizes and style in plus size clothing. It's hard to look through clothes as they are packed in tight. It's also not a comfortable shopping experience due to low racks.

Low ball your items go back in after they purchase your items the price they give you for a whole basket or bag and then you see one item of yours being sold for entire amount they gave you and yes I have been checking done done done with this place 😒

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Hello, thanks for asking! Masks are required for all customers and employees, and we have reduced store capacity to allow for social distance. We also have social distance markers throughout the store. We perform wellness checks at the beginning of each shift, and have increased cleaning checklists. We also offer curbside services.

Do you require all clothing to be on hangars when brought in?

Hi Sally! No hangers needed! A bin or basket is perfect 😊

Hi Julie! Thank you for thinking of us to see your items to! Bring your items in and one of our certified buyers will look through everything and make you an offer on the items we can purchase. Usually we pay you about a third of what we sell the item for. Except for designer handbags, we pay you half of what we sell it for. Our prices are based on brand, style, and condition. If you accept our offer we pay you cash on the spot! Right now we are stocking up for fall so our most wanted items are ankles boots, trendy fall tops, jackets, jeans, and athletic wear. Let me know if you have any other questions!
