You can change your phone number from the app
I tried this once to combine two Kroger plus cards and I had to jump through hoops took months. There's a number you have to call and I think I had to fill out a form but it was years ago, I know i had to go to customer service to get started.

If you're talking about having a phone number change for your rewards card I think you have to go to customer service you may want to call Kroger's and ask them yourself this is just a Google forum good luck
