Can't get landlord to fix nothing also will raise rent at any giving moment just a overall not a good place to rent these photos you see are the work they did and still not fixed the floors in over a month had to pick my mom off the floor cause she fell in also next door neighbor has the same problem

As a current resident but wishing to move I will not disclose my ID in fear of retaliation from new management. After switching new management this property has went way down hill. Things were never great but for the price I never expected them to be. First let's get into cost while the units are cheap they are so under insulated you will see on average between 150-200+ electric bills during summer and winter months. I have friends with large houses that think this is hilarious I pay that for a small apartment. Now for the bigger issues that have came up since a change over in management. First is the pool that is advertised has been closed for the past couple years. I understand during covid this was closed but alas it has not returned or has any information been given about it. 2nd Grounds keeping was nice before new management but now the property is over run with weeds growing covering sidewalks and paths. New management says this is not thier issue but I'm thinking of a potential trip hazard so I'd bet lawsuits will be soon to follow. The new lawn care guy cuts whatever his riding mower can touch and nothing more. Last bigger issue comes from me being one of what I hear is quite a few units that AC compressor failed and has been waiting and waiting for it to be repaired or replaced. While I get things are on backorder supposedly. The new management has had zero issue in raising rent and expecting it to be paid on time and in full. Offering zero payment reduction even though I have been faced with buying my own window AC to keep myself coolish during the high heat. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone in the near future. Hopefully the new owner or management can get things addressed and back in order.
