Normally, I don't run into any issues with international deliveries but when I noticed one package had an incorrect zip code, it was next to impossible to get a straight answer from anyone in customer service. So here I am to rant about it in a review because contacting their customer service is just as useless. I updated the zip code when I received the text about it leaving the country heading to the US. Reached out to the chat rep several times who basically told me what I wanted to hear and that the correct zip code was noted and would be routed correctly. Spoke with a man who said the package would be delivered that day and that it just hadn't been updated on the website. The following day, a woman told me it would be delivered that day. And this morning, as the package sits in Cincinnati for the second day with no movement, I'm told there is nothing I can do but wait. Can anyone be bothered to lift a finger to help? Really disappointed with DHL.

We are washing our hands every chance we get or using hand sanitizer and as for masks I have not seen anyone wearing any yet and alot of us have also been wearing gloves that is just from my point of view as a tug driver
Try using the online tracking number or call costumer service. They will let you know what is going on with your package.
Go through security and make it right turn. Down the hallway on your right. Not sure what the hours are though

Most likely, they lost it. Read all of the DHL Cincinnati reviews. It definitely major changes. I purposely ask any seller to please avoid it going to the Ohio hub now & a few have been able to send my packages to a New York hub

When I went, you take copy of birth certificate and driver's license, do some questions on the computer, talk to the recruiter, background check, then yes they will send you for drug test and come back to tell you what schedule you would be working

Depends on which department you work in. Do you work in the offices or the hub? They have seperate HR departments. If you work in the Hub, HR is right next to security/truck dock. You can ask the front desk if someone can walk you there, it's like 10 steps from their desk. If you work in the offices, I'll have to find that person for you. Though I'm sure you can tell your boss that you have "a question about your paycheck for HR" and ask them to show you where you HR department is. Or you can ask a fellow employee in the offices and just make something up if you don't feel comfortable telling them.
