Who ever is their front woman, her attitude killed a connection with a local business. What upset me was the disdain with which she greeted me, as if she was doing me a favor by taking my money. The Worst!! I always look to support Black businesses (why I was there in the first), but we need to be at our best for and to our customers- I could not say this for them. Next Level was a level down. I hope and believe they will improve. Good luck!!
