I bought an 18" Frigidaire refrigerator from Hagedorn in June 2020. From the first month the freezer never worked. Now the refrigerator doesn't work after the tech came by twice and replaced a part. I contacted Roger the sales rep a month after I bought the refrigerator and was told they did not have a replacement and then was told it wasn't working because there was too much food or not enough food, etc. When they delivered it it looked like it was not new. I asked if it was a floor model or a return and was told it was new. I still have my doubts. I have the extended warrantee and so far have not gotten any resolution. The only time the motor comes on is when you open the door and then only for a few seconds. In the morning the temperature in the refrigerator is in the spoilage range. Hagedorn came out in March, replaced a part. And now once again the freezer is not working, fooding is rancid and smells. I sent the sales receipt and still have not received a reply. Food is getting expensive. I cannot afford to keep having it spoil and be forced to throw out a whole freezer of food every 6 months. This is unreasonable. Freezers and refrigerators should be reliable and if they aren't they should be replaced and extended warrantees should be honored. Better yet, durable kitchen appliances should be safe, work and be reliable. Hagedorn should not sell products that aren't.

So excited to pick out a kitchen package, washer dryer, microwave and deep freezer only to realize after 25minutes of walking around no one helped as a stood at the counter. So disappointed and wasn’t even greeted! I even called to find out if I needed an appointment! Now starting over to find a new place to purchase appliances…it’s sad I had a $15k budget and I left with nothing. I wish they would make appointments so my visit would have been more productive!

I just scheduled a repair with Hagedorn today. I will say Hagedorn was so easy to work with, and I am so glad I found them. I needed a door replaced on an LG fridge due to a large dent. I initally called Nicely's thinking they could source a new door and install it. I paid Nicely's almost $100 for them to tell me that the door is not something they can get and they said no one will be able to get the door. I specifically asked if anywhere else could get the door. I thought my only option would be to purchase a new $2200 fridge. As a last ditch option, I called Hagedorn's to see if they could get the door in. To my suprise they were able to get the door and didn't even charge me a service consultation to look at the unit. I just shared pictures/model # and they were able to schedule the repair. I highly recommend Hagedorn's and would suggest never using Nicely's. From a fellow small business owner I thank you Hagedorn's. You've earned all of our future business!

Incredibly knowledgeable staff in the parts department. I called them up today about a broken part and they not only sold me a replacement part, they offered me an upgraded metal version that would fit my model dishwasher. So I got it for cheap and it fit perfectly! Thanks for the help!
