If you have your Medical Card from your insurance it should have the clinic code somewhere by Provider: or Health Group: If you have MediCal or MediCaid the Clinic Code number would be under PCP#. If all else fails they are open as early as 7:15 am Monday thru Saturday. Hope that this helps. :)
