Went into the branch earlier trying to get a new account for my mom approached the counter and Samantha was rude told me they only do appointments I said so no walk in and she said sure it’s going to be a 3 hour wait that’s not a way to treat a new customer. She said we would be there up to 3 hours or more that’s so wrong. Never expected bad customer service cause in Clovis the staff is amazing first and last time I will visit EECU in Madera because of Samantha’s rude attitude.

Our Madera branch is open Mon-Thurs, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fri, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Membership is open to students, school employees, members of school organizations, and their family members.
Our branches are closed on Saturday but our Call Center is open Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
