How do I change my primary physician?

You need to contact your direct insurance to change your primary doctor or you can always let the people in the office know.

If your insurance is a PPO plan you can change to anyone who accepts your insurance If you have a HMO plan you will need to contact your insurance carrier directly & request to change your PCP. Please be sure write down the person's name and the call reference#

You would call Camarena Health & tell them you are requesting to change your primary care physician if your already a patient of theirs. If you are not, then you would call your insurance company & ask them to change you to Camarena Health.
