You can definitely customize your burger. Bear in mind this is a classic throwback sit-down burger joint. Very nostalgic.
It is not a "build your own" though they do have several burger options on the menu, ie; sourdough burger, mushroom burger, guacamole, bacon etc...
No, unfortunately not, however they can customize certain orders to the options they have available.
