The food here is always tasty, but more than once I have not received my complete order. Yesterday I ordered onion rings with the rest of my order, but we did not receive the onion rings!!! Everything is all tightly bagged up, making it very difficult to confirm the order. Onion Rings ... given taxes and all we're talking $5. Not nothing. Not the first time.

It’s a hit or miss . Today my salad tasted like old greens and my fries were cold and my shake was a bit watery. Seriously?! UPDATE: Today I redeemed a $2 sundae w a coupon in my app and yes I didn’t order it w whipped cream but they didn’t even fill it to the top not to mention the texture of the ice cream was SO weird . I can’t even begin to explain it . They say chocolate sundae and to them that means vanilla ice cream WITH chocolate sauce . They didn’t even mix it into the ice cream— at least that’s what makes most sense to do. You’re gonna laugh when I tell you the best part of this sundae was the nuts topping . Honestly .
