I guess because of covid they don’t allow anyone to use the fitting room, but they also don’t allow returns. So as long as you know the garment will absolutely fit, I wouldn’t recommend buying their musty clothes. They also aren’t enforcing masks at the moment, so I don’t even understand why trying a garment on would be an issue? I would understand if it was 2020 and people weren’t vaccinated. Anyway, I was more than happy to purchase clothes that would’ve been in the $60 price range, but chose to leave with nothing since I couldn’t try anything on or have the option to return/exchange. Also, a few of the workers are absolutely rude and appear to have not slept in days, and if the manager is the short lady with glasses and dark brown hair, don’t ask her to price something that doesn’t have a price tag on it, she’ll just see what eBay has them listed for and add $5 extra. They seem to not want to move items out with their pricing system. As for the rest of the store, is cluttered and unorganized, has empty boxes, broken and half used items all over. This use to be such a cool little spot that I always was able to find neat/cute things in…those days are long gone 😔 Literally the 2nd worst Goodwill in the East Bay 👎🏼

PAY ATTENTION TO THE PRICES!! Cashier's there will overcharge you or worse charge you twice!! Especially if you have multiple items so pay attention.

I loved this place, I used to be able to find great finds but in the last 6-8 months they changed their store around, prices went up- it’s not a good find if it’s too expensive and used! Inventory is lacking, so I’m not sure what happened? Staff is still nice though, they get a 5 star.

I've been here a few times, stopped going because staff is seriously rude. They offer Military discount on Wednesday, however they will look down on you if you show them military ID so I wasn't quite sure if they just hate military people or only particularly military women and families. . Its small and okay prices. Other thrift shops have better deals and you'll deal with much nicer people elsewhere.
